Sharon Fishbein Brown is a strategic and results-driven legal and business professional with a proven track record in contract drafting and review, negotiation, healthcare, advertising and marketing review, consulting, risk assessment and minimization, financial acumen, and project management. Sharon identifies and evaluates legal and business issues and risk and develops and implements solutions.
She started her legal and consulting career as a tax attorney for Deloitte and EY and then transitioned to commercial contract work at American Express Company. After her move to Florida, Sharon worked for ODP Corporation with a focus on commercial contracts, compliance, and she coordinated and supported integration planning, tracking, and processes during and after the Office Depot merger with OfficeMax. Sharon’s most recent roles include in-house counsel at Vision Group Holdings/LasikPlus and MASA Global. Sharon is admitted to the bar in the States of Connecticut and New York and was Authorized House Counsel in Florida.
As a native New Yorker currently living in Florida, Sharon obtained her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Information Systems from Queens College of the City University of NY.
